Work Placements
Work Placements
It is critical for people with disabilities who are not currently working to obtain experience in a work environment while learning the skills required for employment. As a result, we’ve reached an arrangement with a number of firms and agencies to provide work placement for our clients.
We also offer on-site job placement (where individuals who work with us, gain work experience in the process).
London Academy & Recruitment Centre, Grand Willows Limited, The Forward Project, and the Job Centre Plus are some of our partners who help people get back into work.
We’ve developed a precise work placement plan with companies and client input with the sole purpose of attaining, among other things, the following:
Development of problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Interpersonal skills should be developed and improved.
Develop and enhance the abilities you'll need to get a job.
Other talents needed to work with others include cultural understanding.
Develop and boost your self-assurance.
Get hands-on experience in the workplace.
Improve on the skills and knowledge you've gained from our trainings, such as becoming more computer savvy.
